Okay okay, this was not a"stunt" for the local media. I didn't even know that they were coming. I love food and I love to feed people. So when you are working with all this heat every day cooking seems to be a natural tie in. I told the program director Linda Cullen-Saks to drop by for a stirfry that I was planning for my students, We had already cooked corn and hotdogs and pasta, so this was just a continuation, just for fun. I was in my flat cooking the rice when my assitant Katrina came pounding on my door telling me to hussle cause the camera crews were there. Camera crews?  So we grabbed my stuff and ran. When we got to the studio there were two television crews and three photographers. Shazaam! I turn into the super hero Media Clown! After a few quick totally adlibed interviews we got to work. Ben my other assistant ladled about 20 lbs of 2000 degree glass on to the marver I slap the wok down and in went the (preoiled) prawns and sauce. BAM! ( sorry Emiral) They were done in seconds. The school got some good media, and I made a fool of my self again. But it was a hell of a lot of fun. There is even a TV clip that I have to figure out how to put up here for you. Check back here in a few weeks and see if I did.
Thanks Katrina! Thanks Ben!
