Roasted Garlic

Three heads of good garlic
Good olive oil
Three squares of aluminum foil

Turn your oven to 350 degrees.
Just cut the very top off of the garlic heads.
Place each garlic in the middle a sheet of foil.
Drizzle the olive oil over the garlic and crinkle up the foil around each garlic.
Place in the oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool,
keep in the foil and place in the refridgerator.
Keeps about a week, but I usually use it long before then!

This garlic has wonderful sweet and nutty flavour. I use it is so many things from salad dressings and sauces and soups. Spread it warm on bread, Superb!
Play with it! I usually do a few each week when I am roasting something.
